Customer support is one area that could use a bit of improvement. The best part of their support system is the FAQ. The FAQ is robust and answers many problems that new players experience.
You can contact support via email or live chat if you need additional assistance. Our reviewers were less than impressed with live chat. It took several minutes for someone to answer, and when they did, they referred us back to the website to find answers. Agents need more training on the product.
